Managing CIWO Admin Settings
- Caroline Antoun
After you've set up your CIWO dashboard, manage your CIWO work order settings by calling Customer Support. CIWO settings control duplicate call out time, status, distance, and which trades can create a CIWO work order.
Settings
- Dashboard - Select the CIWO dashboard you have setup for CIWO work orders.
- Duplicate Callout - Choose the time frame that if a provider makes a second work order at that location in that time or less, it is flagged as a duplicate work order.
- Select an Extended Status - Select the extended status you would like to show up when a duplicate work order is created.
- Validation Distance - Choose how close a provider must be in order to create a work order that moves into Completed - Pending Confirmation status. If work order is created out of that range, it will move into In Progress - Validation Required.
- Trades created in In Progress-Dispatch Confirmed Status - Select which trades can create work orders that automatically go into In Progress -Dispatch Confirmed Status.
The default status is Completed - Pending Confirmation if none of the above settings are used.
Duplicate Work Orders
You have the option to flag potential duplicate work orders and have the NTE automatically changed to $0. The work order will also be linked to the original work order.
If you would like this feature turned on, please reach out to your ServiceChannel representative.
In the list view, you can see that the work orders are linked together and the possible duplicate has a 0.00 NTE.
In the details view, under the Linked Work Orders tab, you can see the original work order that this possible duplicate is associated with in order to determine if it truly is a duplicate or not.
