When work orders are created by your clients with the trade of either HVAC or Refrigeration and there are no refrigerant assets on the work order and at the location, you will not be prompted to answer questions related to refrigerant to ensure completion of the work order is accurate. This can happen performing the following task:
Check out of work order
Changes status of work order details
Select parts used on work order details
Service Automation matches the trade on the work order to refrigerant assets held at a specific location. In doing so, the system will detect if the refrigerant question is necessary and if a refrigerant asset is needed to be added.
When checking out of a work order with HVAC or refrigeration using IVR, the question about ‘Did you use refrigerant?’ does not appear and the status of WO will be set to Completed/Pending Confirmation.
