Registering for Provider Automation via Fixxbook

Registering for Provider Automation happens in 4 steps

  1. Choose to register with Fixxbook. 

  2. Create your email and password. 

  3. Provide your name and geographical location. 

  4. Enter your business name, business type, tax ID, and business address.

How to Register for Provider Automation

 

  1. In your browser, enter fixxbook.servicechannel.com or fixxbook.servicechannel.eu, and then click the Provider Registration link below the Login button.

  1. Enter your Email and Password. Follow the recommendations to create a strong password. When ready, click Next.

  1. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Country, State, and Company Phone Number. Also, select the Terms of Service checkbox, and then click Next

  1. Enter your Business Name, Tax ID, Company Address, City, and Fax Number (optional).

The Type of Business drop-down list is available to US-based providers only.

Note that the Tax ID field is different for companies based on the selected country and business type: 

  • US-based companies: There are two options for entering the tax ID: EIN (Employer Identification Number) and SSN (Social Security Number).
    The EIN should have 9 digits and no dashes.
    The SSN is a nine-digit number formatted without dashes.

  • Canadian companies: Either of the following two types of tax ID can be entered: BN (Business Number) and SIN (Social Insurance Number).
    The BN should have 15 characters and no dashes.
    The SIN is a nine-digit number formatted without dashes.

  • European countries: Enter the VAT ID (Value Added Tax Identification Number). 

  1. (When applicable) Note that some fields are populated from the previous step and cannot be edited on the final registration page. To update the Country, State, or Phone Number, click the Previous button at the bottom of the page, and then make the required changes.  

  2. (Optional) Configure your regional settings. 

    1. Select the language.  

    2. Select your currency code.  

    3. Select the preferred decimal separator. 

    4. Select time and date formats. 

    5. Click Save in the Regional Settings overlay. You can always change your regional settings in your Fixxbook profile settings

  1. Click Next. You are registered and landed on your Profile page. The next step is to complete your profile.


Confirming Successful Registration and Next Steps

Once your registration is complete, you can continue setting up your business.

Start by adding the trades and regions you service as part of your Directory Profile.
