Filtering and Searching for Invoices via ServiceChannel Mobile



Filtering and searching functions let you refine the Invoices Results by your needs and prevent you from completing numerous search queries.

Filtering Invoices via ServiceChannel Mobile

You can filter invoices by a range of criteria that allow you to arrange the invoices in a way that meets your requirements.

⦿ How to Filter Invoices via ServiceChannel Mobile
  1. Go to the ServiceChannel Mobile app > Invoices. The Invoices List appears.
  2. On the top of the Invoices List page, tap Filter Invoices.
  3. On the page that appears, configure the filters according to your needs. By default, the set criteria are:

    DATE: 1 MONTH AGO

    AMOUNT: NOT ENTERED

    SORT BY / ORDER BY: DATE

    STATUS: 3

    ASSIGNED TO: ASSIGNED TO ME

    DISTRICT: ALL

    TRADE: ALL

    PROVIDER: ALL

    CATEGORY: ALL

    Each time you configure a certain criterion, make sure you tap the Apply selected or Save buttons to make a criterion work before you go back to the filter settings.

  4. Once you have set the filters, tap Apply in the lower-right corner.
  5. (Optional) Tap the Pencil icon  to edit the filter’s name.
  6. (Optional) Tap the Checkmark   to save the filter.
  7. (Optional) Tap Plus to add a new filter. Repeat steps 36.

Searching for Invoices via ServiceChannel Mobile

You can search for specific invoices by using the Search For icon  to refine the Invoice Results and find exactly what you are searching for.

⦿ How to Search for Invoices via ServiceChannel Mobile
  1. Go to the ServiceChannel Mobile app > Invoices.
  2. In the upper-right corner of the screen, tap the Magnifying Glass icon
  3. In the Text field, enter the number of the needed invoice, for example, 08032022.
  4. Tap Enter.
