Features and improvements

Work Orders. Need to add or change an assignee for multiple WOs at a time? Here you go — when editing WOs in bulk, find the Assignee dropdown in the WO editing overlay, and make the desired changes.

Bug fixes

Asset Manager. There was a handful of issues with editing such asset type attributes as brand and condition. To be more precise, you couldn’t set a new default value for the asset type condition, nor could you add a new brand name and set it as a default value on the first try.

Dashboard. In your dashboard settings, the Send Feedback Alert to Created By checkbox on the Feedback tab failed to do its job. Even when the checkbox was selected, the employee who created a work order didn’t receive any email alert asking to leave feedback.

Invoices. Of all the employees assigned to the same MLI level for the same location, only one received email alerts about invoices awaiting their review. No one gets excluded from the recipients list anymore.

SC Provider. For provider managers who will register their companies on ServiceChannel, we now allow accessing the SC Provider mobile app via a PIN. Previously, managers could log in using their user ID and password only.

Work Orders. Every time you added a work order note that contained apostrophes or quotes, these punctuation marks appeared as chunks of code in notification emails. We’ve stopped that from happening.
