Core modules

Asset Manager. From now on, after you set a trade and priority in the Automatically Create Transfer Work Orders section under the Asset Rules tab on the Assets (Equipment) > Administration page, the selected trade will also be included as an additional trade for all asset types.

Proposals. Previously, the date range filter in the Filter By section was automatically set to the current date, causing confusion. To avoid concerns, we have configured the date range filter to be left empty by default, the same as in the Work Orders module.

Work Orders. On the Reassign overlay, the Assignee drop-down menu has been added. Use it to designate a specific person as the assignee for a work order.

Core modules

Invoices. Attempting to upload more than 300 invoices via template, you saw an error pop-up indicating that the invoice template exceeded the allowable size. The email address provided for sending large files was incorrect. The correct email address is now displayed, making sending your invoices easier without any additional hassle. The issue affected those who used the platform in German.

Planned Maintenance Manager. When you applied the filter for open locations in the redesigned Planned Maintenance module, you also saw closed locations. We have eliminated closed locations from the results.

Providers Directory. After a provider uploaded new insurance documents on the Insurance Documents page under the specific client, you might have noticed that the insurance documents checkmark icon in the left navigation menu vanished. We have reinstated it. The checkmark icon will now appear in gray, red, or green, depending on the completion status of the section.

Providers Directory. On the work orders list view page, when a provider was connected to several subscribers that had locations with the same location ID, only one location was shown in the Location ID filter drop-down menu. Both locations sharing the identical location ID are visible now.

Work Orders. Due to an under-the-hood issue, the wrong provider email was listed in the Unsatisfactory Email email alert. We've tackled the issue by ensuring that the correct provider address is now shown accurately as intended.
