Features and improvements
Work Orders. Easily reach out to people whose contacts are listed on the WO details page! In the Location Notes section, emails and phone numbers have turned into links. Hit the link to make a call or drop a line to the required person.
Work Orders. Pick multiple files you want to attach to a WO note in an instant. When you are adding a note and go browsing files, press and hold Ctrl (Command ⌘ on macOS) or Shift, and select the things you need.
Bug fixes
Admin. Should you try to save invoice auto-approval rules where the emails of report recipients are separated with a comma, an error message about invalid emails appears. Previously, you got an empty alert that didn’t say a word about what was wrong. Important: to avoid failures, separate emails with a semicolon.
Asset Manager. After you changed the asset location on the asset details page, the revision history didn’t capture this update. The asset history doesn’t hush up this fact anymore.
Asset Manager. Importing assets via template didn’t work out when the file had no Warranty Provider column and all checkboxes for the Warranty Provider standard attribute were unselected on the page for editing the asset type.
Proposals. Because of a time zone issue, the proposals list and proposal email alerts showed the incorrect time of proposal approval.
Work Orders. For FTM providers, work orders that had already been assigned to technicians appeared as unassigned in the Work Order Assignment section of Provider Automation.
Work Orders. Some of you couldn’t go to view work order details from notification emails about WO notes. The link in the email was cut off for some mysterious reason.
