Features and improvements
Work Orders. Download reports only on those work orders that you really need! Once you pick the desired service requests from the WOs list, the Download button will reflect the number of selected WOs, and only they will be included in your report.
Work Orders. In the WO list view, the flag icon for the WO follow-up date has turned flamboyant orange 🍊. We hope this new catchy color helps you spot WOs with a follow-up date in two shakes!
Work Orders. When you filtered work orders by location ID, the address shown in parentheses for each dropdown option was missing a city name. We’ve added it!
Bug fixes
Admin. In Provider Automation, inviting new users was not feasible for some of you. When you tried to do this in the User Management section, you stumbled upon a loading spinner that never vanished.
Admin. Searching for a provider by company name threw an error when the name had the “and” conjunction. Problem solved!
Asset Manager. In the Imported Assets section, we showed the user ID in the Imported By column, and you had to take a wild guess who uploaded the file with assets. From now on, we take off the masks and show their username. The user ID still may appear — when your employees don’t have usernames.
Connector. We were bombarding your email box with notifications each time a note was added to a WO for which you were a follower. We are sorry for flooding you with alerts. From this release, emails go only to people who are specified as WO note recipients in the overlay for adding a note.
Invoices. Creating an invoice with identical labor line items failed if the provider had labor rates for these items specified in Provider Automation.
Invoices. Sorry for bringing to light identification numbers (IDs) of employees who took action on an invoice. What should be hidden stays hidden now. P.S. We display user IDs on the invoice details page in one case only — when people don’t have usernames.
Invoices. We fixed an issue with the multi-level invoice (MLI) approval process. Guys who weren’t assigned to an MLI rule couldn’t approve invoices although their approval limit allowed doing so. Besides, the My Invoices filter appeared on the invoices list for such employees though only MLI users should see it. The fact that these people belonged to the multi-level proposal (MLP) approval process caused all the above MLI issues.
Proposals. At times, email notifications that came after you or your colleagues took action on a proposal didn’t take in the location address. Starting today, we make sure the address is right there.
Proposals. From the proposals list, you couldn’t view attachments with non-Latin characters in the name. No worries — such files are opened without issues now.
Work Orders. According to the forwarding rules set in the Work Order Assignment section of Provider Automation, some WOs were to be reassigned to external providers, but it never happened. The forwarding process is running correctly again.
Work Orders. For some WOs, we showed a wrong check-in/out time. It looked like the check-out occurred earlier than the check-in, which is hardly believable since no one has a time machine — at least yet. Switching to winter time stood behind the issue.
Work Orders. In some cases, just created work orders didn’t pop up on the WOs list. The reason behind was the time zone issue that we’ve managed to eradicate.
Work Orders. Some providers received WO dispatch emails saying that checking in via the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system was not permitted — even when their clients allowed this check-in type. Sorry for baffling providers with misleading messages.
Work Orders. The service requests you copied to your clipboard lost the name of the person who added the last note. We’ve made a few tweaks to inner workings — and that info doesn’t go astray anymore.
Work Orders. There was an issue with filtering work orders by location ID if the latter contained spaces. When you opened a filtered WO and returned to the WOs list, the provided location ID got split as if you had applied several location IDs. Next time you come back to the list, your filters will remain intact.
