Features and improvements

API. Feel free to use our new GET /subscribers/current/siteaudit/report API method to retrieve Site Planning reports. For the method description, check our API Reference.

Invoices. With this release, your saved filters are arranged alphabetically on the invoices list. You no longer need to spend much time searching for the required filter set.

Planned Maintenance Manager. Work orders for any maintenance service can now be generated on a daily basis! As you’re adding or editing a frequency, you can opt to repeat the service every day.

Proposals. Once providers schedule a proposal, they can promptly navigate to the proposal or related work order. On the confirmation page, employees can click the proposal, WO, or purchase order (PO) number that will teleport them to the corresponding page.

Proposals. Since voided proposals should be invisible to you, we no longer allow you to access them. Let voided things stay hidden!

Bug fixes

Admin. As soon as you uploaded GL codes in Accounting > Import GL Code Template section, some of the details about processed records were incorrectly displayed in the Records Updated column — though your file was successfully imported. Now you see exactly how many records were created and how many were deleted.

Admin. It was a headache to upload multi-level invoice (MLI) levels or rules via templates in the MLI Configuration section right after viewing the details of a level or rule. In the overlay for importing a template, the Browse a File button became unresponsive, causing the trouble.

Admin. You experienced difficulties in finding providers by company name in the Providers section when an ampersand & nested somewhere in the name.

Asset Manager. We forgot to highlight deactivated assets in red on the new assets list, making it difficult for you to quickly tell deactivated assets from active ones. Our memory problems as well as the color issue are gone.

Dashboard. When you were adding a note in Dashboard 1.0, the recipient’s email didn’t appear in the addressee field. You had to manually enter the email, which posed a problem if you didn’t remember it off the top of your head. Say goodbye to this issue!

Planned Maintenance Manager. Clear-cut error messages are what we all expect to get when things go wrong. Mindful of this idea, we’ve refined the message that appears when you try to save a frequency without a description.

Proposals. It was impossible to find requests for proposal (RFPs) with a future date because the date filter allowed you to set the current and past dates only. The date picker is more friendly than before, so you can look ahead and select any future date.

SC Mobile. When a technician checks into your work order using a PIN, you receive a push notification containing the provider company name. Before this day, we displayed the tech’s name instead, which wasn’t the right behavior.
