Asset Manager. We’ve arranged company names from A to Z in the Fixed Provider dropdown where you select a warranty provider for a new asset. These names were listed randomly before, which caused nothing but frustration.

Proposals. Gain more control over categories that your colleagues can select when taking action on proposals. In the settings, you can specify categories for each trade, and these categories will appear in the Set Category To dropdown in the action overlay. To enable the feature or get more details, contact ServiceChannel.

Admin. Alerts popped up for no reason when you were adding an MLI level or rule in Invoices > MLI Configuration. You landed on the page for creating a level or rule, clicked anywhere on the page, and the message appeared asking you to save the level or rule name.

Asset Manager. After importing assets via a template, the warranty provider you indicated in the file didn’t appear in the Assignment Rule section of the asset details page.

Asset Manager. When an asset got deactivated or activated, the asset revision history lied about the person who did that. Starting today, we display the correct names of people who make changes to assets.

Dashboard. When you downloaded an Excel report on work orders from the Reviews Required tab, the report turned out to be empty. The file content no longer disappears without a trace.

General. If brand-based billing is enabled for your company and you’ve provided us with a list of brands, they will appear in the Brand dropdown on the Location Notes tab of the location details page. Previously, you had to enter a brand manually when creating or editing a location.

General. In Internet Explorer, the menu in the upper-right corner failed to expand on long pages. Now you can open this menu without a hitch — just click your business name.

General. Those of you who didn’t use our Inventory Manager may have found the Inventory Location checkbox on the location details page. Sorry for breeding confusion.

Refrigerant Tracking Manager. You couldn’t check the details of the last WO associated with a refrigerated asset. When you accessed the Refrigeration Details tab of the new asset details page and clicked the WO number under Most Recent Leak Record, you landed on the page with an error message.

Site Planning Manager. Some of you were thunderstruck to receive site audit emails in Chinese — after all, all other communications from us always came in English.
