Dashboard. On the Work Order History tab of Dashboard 2.0, the color legend of WO statuses jumped to the top of the WOs list. Off with scrolling all the way down to see what all those colors mean!

General. When you filter locations by multiple trades in Locations & Provider Assignments, the specified trades appear in alphabetical order for each location on the list. Thus, no more haphazard order.

Dashboard. You were supposed to get a confirmation message upon submitting a service request in Dashboard 2.0, but the message got lost somewhere on the way. Now, if your admin has created this message in the dashboard settings > Request tab, we show it to you. By all means!

Invoices. On the invoices list, the sequence of events in the invoice approval history was faulty. When you pointed to the Last Update By section of an invoice, the tooltip showed up with the most recent action at the bottom — though it should have been right atop.

Planned Maintenance Manager. Some of you reported an issue with updating a PM frequency. If the Custom option was selected in the Repeats dropdown and you picked another option, you got an error message upon saving your changes.

Proposals. Next time you download an Excel report on requests for proposal (RFPs) filtered by specific trades, the file will include RFPs only for the selected trades. We no longer add the info you don’t ask for.

Proposals. You couldn’t open the Excel report on proposals that contained a location note with a past-century date. An error popped up saying a problem was found in the file content.

SC Provider. When external providers checked into a work order on Android devices, the stopwatch didn’t start from 00:00. After some tinkering with the code, the app is back to normal.
