Core modules

Admin. We've added the ability to stay logged in Service Automation and ServiceChannel Mobile app. Now you can set an inactivity timeout to 0 minutes under the Inactivity Timeout section on the Security tab of the Admin page.

Core modules

ALP. Due to the inconsistent under-the-hood settings, the number of work orders displayed in the metrics on the Actionable Landing Page (ALP) and on the WOs list page didn't match. Now you see the same WOs count on both the ALP and the WOs list.

Asset Manager. When you tried to export assets filtered by asset tag, all assets were exported instead. Now you can download assets filtered by asset tag.

Dashboard. When you created a work order and answered interactive troubleshooting questions, the GL code wasn't updated based on the trade overrides configured in your dashboard issue list. Now the GL code will be updated as expected.

Invoices. When you opened an invoice from the invoice page, you saw the wrong paid date under the Charges tab on the invoice detailed view. The issue is fixed.

Locations & Provider Assignments. Selected location note headers were not displayed in the MS Excel location report you downloaded. The issue is fixed so you can choose desired location note headers and they will appear in the MS Excel location report.

Proposals. Upon creating a proposal, you were unable to enter the quantity with decimal places (for example, 3.5) in the Quantity field. Now you can do that.

Work Orders. A work order created in the WIB time zone displayed the wrong creation date and scheduled date on the work orders list page and the work order detailed view. Now the creation date and scheduled date on a work order shows properly.
