Features and improvements



Core modules

Admin. We have added the All users option under the Users tab in Admin > Permissions. Use it to filter a long list of users without specifying a user type.

MLP. The Assigned To Level column is now available in the proposals MS Excel report. This column will display information about the MLP level the proposal is currently with.

Site Planning Manager. Fresh from the oven: we’ve made some improvements to the Site Planning module for SC Mobile users on iOS devices. Now, you can have up to 10 Open or In Progress audits instead of one! Please note that you can’t conduct two audits for the same location with the same template.

Work Orders. The Automate tab on the Assign WO page in the Work Order Assignment section of Provider Automation has become faster.

Bug fixes



Core modules

Compliance Manager. In some cases, you could not send a custom message to a provider, the Invitations page was stuck on loading, and there was no way to move on. We’ve managed to recover the page.

Compliance Manager. Occasionally, when you tried to decline an invitation from a provider on the Invitations page, the following error message appeared: Warning: Contractor won't be able to move forward with this invitation. Now you can decline the desired invitation without error messages.

Invoices. An invoice created in the CST time zone displayed the invoice creation date switched to the date prior to the date you've selected in the date picker. Now the invoice creation date shows properly.

Proposals. We've done away with the discrepancies between the labels displayed on a work order and related proposal.

Work Orders. Previously, a provider could not upload the massive Bulk Upload Autoassign Rules MS Excel report in the Work Order Assignment section of Provider Automation. The page was stuck on processing, and the report wasn't uploaded. Now the report will be uploaded successfully with up to 30,000 rows.
