Features and improvements
Work Orders. Ever wanted to view both the asset tag and asset tag ID on the new WO list? We can do that for you. Just let your ServiceChannel representative know that you are interested in this feature.
Bug fixes
Admin. In Provider Automation, when you invite a user and enter the email already associated with another account, we send you an error message. The message was unclear before and didn’t advise on how to proceed. We’ve made it better, and now you understand right away where the shoe pinches.
Proposals. Email alerts about approved proposals went to wrong recipients sometimes. We’ve combated the issue, and now notification emails are sent according to the provider’s dispatch preferences.
QuickView. You wanted to view your reports in QuickView, but the page showed nothing at all. This happened because proposal reports were saved with the User filter set to N/A — to find unassigned proposals. Everything is back to normal again.
Work Orders. On the new WOs list, the Exclude Maintenance Category filter was nowhere to be found. Without this checkbox, you couldn’t quickly filter out maintenance work orders. Don’t worry. We’ve got the checkbox back.
Work Orders. Previously, when editing a WO, you could select a work date that was earlier than the call date. Since it’s not in line with the business logic, we don’t allow to do so anymore. Should you select such a date, you get an error message from us.
Work Orders. You could not filter WOs by provider as the list of providers ended with the letter C. With this release, the list is available from A to Z; take our word for it!
