Webhooks. Stay notified about work order status changes! You can set up webhooks for all status updates by selecting the Status Updated event under the subscription name.

WorkForce. On the WorkForce login page, we’ve changed the hint in the login overlay. Instead of your email address, we’re asking for your user ID.

Admin. Earlier, when you added a user and created a password for them, the system didn’t let you save the password containing uppercase letters. They were simply ignored. Now you can freely use capitals — NO DOUBT!

Admin. In the Service Providers section, the provider’s address details didn’t follow the correct order and contained no state info. We keep the right sequence from here on.

Proposals. Some of your saved proposal reports didn’t show up in QuickView. The issue was a simple comma — you used it to separate info in the text fields when creating a report on the View Proposals page. Commas are no longer a problem.

Work Orders. Some work orders contained an incorrect provider’s PIN — in the overlay that appears once you click the provider name on the WOs list or WO details page. Now we show only valid PINs.
