Features and improvements
Work Orders. Add notes to a work order right from the overlay for viewing them all! Next time you click a WO note on the WOs list, you can not only read all the notes in the overlay but also post a new one — by clicking + Add Note.
Work Orders. Both on the WOs list and details page, the arrow icon next to the Reassign button is now available to all of you — not only to “Power Users” as it used to be. Clicking the icon shows you providers to whom you can reassign a WO.
Work Orders. One more filter is now at your disposal on the WOs list — Asset Type. It allows you to quickly find WOs by asset type: one or multiple at a time!
Bug fixes
General. After filtering locations by district, some of you couldn’t download a report on location note headers (LNHs) from the Location Notes tab of the Locations page. Why? The district name contained an ampersand &, and it triggered an error.
Invoices. The employees who took part in the multi-level invoice (MLI) approval could view and take action on invoices that weren’t supposed to appear in their bucket at all — based on the configured MLI rules.
Invoices. When a provider opened the Trade overlay from the filters panel of the invoices list, some trades were listed several times. We’ve removed the duplicates — each trade appears once.
Invoices. The total number of invoices atop the invoices list decreased when you were batching invoices. The number dropped because the invoices where the total amount exceeded your limit got excluded. The good news is that batching won’t trigger the number change starting with this release.
Planned Maintenance Manager. On the list of locations to which a certain PM frequency is assigned, there was a glitch with moving to the next and previous page. Upon clicking the forward arrow ▶️, you noticed that some locations appeared on both the first and second pages.
Proposals. If an ampersand & was used in the proposal description, this character got replaced with & once the proposal was submitted. No more switcheroos like that.
Proposals. Those who logged into the web app from iOS mobile devices had problems searching for proposals by location ID. Trying to find proposals for a specific location resulted in getting proposals for all locations instead. We’ve got the search by location ID back on the rails.
Work Orders. Once a work order is assigned to a subcontractor via the Work Order Assignments section, providers see this WO right away under the subcontractor’s company name on the Sub-Contractors tab. It wasn’t so before — the WO appeared as assigned only after the subcontractor assigned it to their techs.
Work Orders. To rule out cases when a WO isn’t forwarded to employees because they are on vacation, we now mark the techs who are unavailable during the specified period of time. In the overlay for WO forwarding, such employees appear greyed out and cannot be selected.
Work Orders. When you downloaded WO attachments with a hash # or ampersand & in the file name from the WOs list, the files got exported with corrupted names.
