Admin. With our new feature turned on, you can disable MLI users who have invoices assigned to them. When you do that, you’ll be asked to forward their invoices to other users.

Compliance Manager. When you download the provider compliance report, it also includes the IDs of your providers.

Invoices. View additional approval codes right on the invoice details page. To start using this feature, get hold of ServiceChannel.

Work Orders. When you look through the info on providers from the new WOs list, you can copy the company name and ID.

Work Orders. When you reassign a WO, you can change the purchase order number.

Compliance Manager. On the Contractors tab, some of you couldn’t send custom messages and section incomplete reminders to your providers. The error was caused by a large number of providers that you selected.

General. If you use a branded login page, you are no longer redirected to the standard login page after entering your credentials. Done with double logging in!

Proposals. When you approve or put on hold a proposal with a linked work order, the WO provider and the proposal provider should be the same.

QuickView. After you updated a saved filter set on the new WOs list, the filter disappeared from QuickView. It no longer does this.

Work Orders. After you created a WO, you were confused by a note saying the notification email was not delivered to the provider. Stay calm — the provider is in the know of the sent WO.

Work Orders. After you edited a WO and selected the Dispatch Avoided checkbox, you couldn’t view the invoice and materials info on the WO details page.

Work Orders. On the page with your saved live reports, should you want to apply a filter created or updated on the new WOs list, you will need to go to the new list. Follow the link next to the report name.

Work Orders. Some of you couldn’t download archive reports for WOs with the original ETA missed. The problem is fixed with this release.
