Admin. Our new add-on feature lets you configure for which WO statuses providers can create proposals. Once you have this feature enabled, go to the WO Properties section and select the CanCreateProposal checkbox next to WO statuses.

Asset Manager. To try our redesigned asset details page, click Try New Asset Detail while editing an asset. To come back to the old view, click Back to the Old Asset Detail.

Work Orders. In the overlay for editing a WO, the Assignee dropdown listed a couple of employees unknown to you. We’ve removed these strangers.

Compliance Manager. After you changed the expiration date for urgent invitations on the Contractors tab, the new date didn’t appear on these invitations, and they were still marked as urgent.

Work Orders. Accepted WOs are no longer reassigned to other providers if the WO scheduled date was changed after expiry, but the provider was not available in FTM on the new scheduled date.

Work Orders. After you decline a WO, you no longer receive email alerts on this WO.

Work Orders. On devices with a lower screen resolution, you couldn’t see the full overlay for downloading WO reports.

Work Orders. Sometimes those who have permission to edit a WO couldn’t reassign WOs to other providers. The error occurred stating that you had no permission to do this.

Work Orders. When you viewed WO details in portrait mode on your iPad, some tabs were inactive, and you couldn’t look through the info they contained.
