Features and improvements
Admin. Now when you configure MLI rules, you can select which level will be skipped if the invoice amount is above the approval limit at this level.
General. Clicking Help in the dropdown in the top right corner now gets you to our redesigned ServiceChannel University.
Work Orders. On the new WOs list, you can filter WOs by asset type. Find this filter in the overlay with all filters.
Bug fixes
Admin. In Safari, when you tried to download reports on locations, location notes, or provider assignments, the files didn’t appear on your computer. We’ve tackled this issue.
Work Orders. After you changed an asset for a WO, some asset details were incorrectly displayed in the WO note.
Work Orders. When you changed a problem description for a completed WO that had a follow-up date, this date disappeared from the WO details page and overlay for adding notes.
Work Orders. You are no longer confused by any developer code in the WO notes that have been added via email.
