Features and improvements
Asset Manager. Welcome an extra filter option on the new assets list. In the upper-left corner of the filters panel, select Asset Tag — to find an asset by its asset tag.
Invoices. Handle invoices at the speed of a rocket! After some under-the-hood tweaks on our side, you can view, filter, sort, and take action on invoices faster now.
Work Orders. When you add a note to multiple work orders in bulk, make sure the recipient’s email address that you enter doesn’t contain a dot at the end (like in your@email.com.). If a dot is found, we show you an alert asking to correct the email, which helps to avoid issues with posting notes and sending them to the recipients.
Bug fixes
Asset Manager. For the employees with the “User” role in Asset Manager, the “Read Only” and “Disabled” permissions didn’t work right. With the “Read Only” permission, people could edit some of the asset and asset type details though they were supposed only to view them. As for the “Disabled” permission, it granted access to the Asset Manager sections instead of hiding them. Both permissions carry out their tasks properly now.
Compliance Manager. If your settings were configured to accept providers to your private network only once they met your requirements, you may have experienced an issue with accepting providers. For providers who already met your requirements, the Accept button disappeared in some cases, causing a delay with the onboarding process.
Work Orders. After saving a filter with the Older Than option, the latter switched to Range when you reapplied the saved filter set later on. This resulted in the wrong WO count on the list. Off with that!
Work Orders. No cancellation emails reached providers when you moved work orders to the “Completed/Cancelled” status.
