Features and improvements

Work Orders. Work orders without a scheduled date or where the scheduled date expired didn’t appear as assigned to external technicians in the Work Order Assignment section. With this release, all WOs assigned to a tech show up under their name — irrespective of the WO scheduled date.

Bug fixes

Invoices. In some cases, those of you who are involved in the multi-level invoice (MLI) approval process didn’t receive email alerts about invoices awaiting your review — though the WO note stated that the notification was sent.

Work Orders. A comma in the provider’s name led to a mess in the “No Activity Alert” Excel report. The company name got split into several columns instead of being placed into one. This punctuation mark no longer causes trouble. P.S. The “No Activity Alert” report contains info on open WOs with no provider activity for a certain period.

Work Orders. In the Location Notes section of the WO details page, some email addresses overlapped each other, making it difficult to view them as well as other information. All emails look good now.

Work Orders. In the email alert about a new WO note, you expected to find the previous WO note in addition to the new one. But instead of the previous note, you saw a chunk of techy text.
