Provider Search is currently available in the United States. We will expand this offering to customers outside the United States in the coming months.
To access Provider Search from Service Automation, you need:
- Have the single sign-on (SSO) system set up for you.
- Have the Provider Search enabled for your account.
- Click Provider Search in the top navigation panel of Service Automation.
Alternatively, select Provider Search from the menu in the upper-left corner.
The Provider Search page appears.
About Provider Search Page
Provider Search contains a base of providers who are using ServiceChannel. Depending on your configurations, you may see 2 versions of the Provider Search page.
Provider Search with Network Opportunities and Score Comparison
Network Opportunities identifies underperforming providers from your Private Network and displays better-performing providers from Provider Search.
Score Comparison allows you to view your current underperforming provider’s scores and the scores of providers in the same trades to make a decision on provider replacement.
Provider Search with Industry Suggestions and Coverage Map
With Industry Suggestions, you can view the list of providers considered the best at the national level and providers to expand your coverage.
The Coverage Map highlights areas with gaps in the coverage of specific trades.
