Using SC Provider with a Technician Account

Users who receive an email invitation to use ServiceChannel Provider Mobile can login using their technician account. 

Users who have not received an email invitation may only login with a PIN code. Please see Using SC Provider with a Company PIN for more information.

To login using a technician account, the user must be set up and invited as a Technician in Provider Automation. For more information, see Adding and Modifying Users and Assigning User Roles under Provider Automation.
