Being Invited to Use SС Provider

As a technician, you can be invited to use the ServiceChannel Provider mobile app through Provider Automation. When creating an invitation, your manager determines your permissions and role.

Receiving an Invitation

You receive an invitation from your manager via email. Should you accept the invitation to use the ServiceChannel Provider app, you need to create a ServiceChannel account.

Until you receive an email invitation to use SC Provider, you can only use your company PIN to log into the mobile app. To sign in using a technician account, you should be assigned a technician role in Provider Automation. See Adding and Modifying Users and Assigning User Roles for more information.
