The Service Automation Administration module, or Admin, is designed to provide you with self-service functionality to perform system administration tasks. You can use Admin to configure and manage the following features within Service Automation:

Configure invoice date options.
Permissions
Manage users and their permissions, security options and mobile access.
Site Audit
Manage audit types and review upload history of the audit type template.
