Features and improvements

Asset Manager. Moving assets with components to another location is all plain sailing now. Once you change the location of a parent asset, the location of its children updates automatically. How’s that?

Proposals. We have something to tickle your fancy: you can now edit proposals without changing their status. Proposals going through the multi-level approval process are no exception. On the proposals list, click Edit in the Actions dropdown, and make the desired updates. Important: you cannot modify rejected proposals.

Work Orders. Watch out for our new filter for dates. In the dropdown with time periods, you can find the Today option that allows you to quickly get WOs with the present call date, scheduled date, or any other date type. Don’t forget to hit Apply to get your WOs filtered.

Bug fixes

Dashboard. On the Report tab of your dashboard settings, the hint text for the Allow View Attachments checkbox became more accurate. It used to say that with the checkbox selected you could view attachments on the report page — without mentioning that you could also find them on the WO details page.

Dashboard. Some of your overrides were ignored, and work orders kept on being dispatched to wrong providers. The root cause of the problem was the uppercase that you used for condition IDs when configuring your Issue List. Today, you no longer have to bother about letter cases — both are fine.

Dashboard. When you edited areas or override info in your settings, you lit upon the Dodać button and had no idea what it meant — unless you spoke Polish. If your dashboard is set to English, the Add button doesn’t get translated into Polish anymore.

Proposals. Email alerts about canceling a request for proposal (RFP) didn’t reach the required provider employees — those whose emails were specified in the Dispatch Preferences section. The issue affected only those RFPs that already had associated proposals.
