Bug fixes
Admin. We no longer stop you from adding emails with an apostrophe to the Contact section of the location details page.
SC Mobile. In the Site Planning section of SC Mobile, previous ratings of a checklist item were displayed incorrectly. For example, ratings appeared as failed ❌ although the item had successfully passed the inspections.
Site Planning Manager. At times, site planning reports lied about the date when your audits were submitted. No more date tricks!
Work Orders. Copies of email notifications for some WOs failed to reach their recipients. There was an issue on our side with autocopy rules that were set up for all locations rather than for specific ones.
Work Orders. The WO metric on the Console page of Provider Automation showed an inaccurate number of “Open” service requests. A smidgen of magic — and the metric is running like clockwork again.
