Bug fixes

Core modules

ALP. You set filters at the top of the Actionable Landing Page and then logged out. When you logged back in, your filters were not the same anymore — as if someone applied other filters while you were away. The problem arose if the filters contained hieroglyphs.

Dashboard. A few tweaks have been made on our side to prevent time-out errors when you upload a new issue list with Guided Troubleshooting questions.

Provider Directory. Having no clue why, some providers couldn’t update their company address in the Company Information section of their Directory Profile. An error occurred when they tried to save the new address.

Work Orders. Emails about new service requests failed to reach providers — if these requests had been created in batch for multiple locations from the WOs map view. The problem is solved: emails get dispatched without issues. Check your mailbox — some WOs might be waiting for you already!

Work Orders. Nothing can be more confusing than providers with a zero rank! While creating a classic service request and selecting the desired provider, you may have found providers with a zero rank at the top of the list. These were retired providers that should have never appeared there. We’ve restored the order — the top-ranked providers come first, and the retired ones don’t show up.

Work Orders. There were cases when the work orders list would state that you had work orders in mixed currencies even though the NTE amount for all of those WOs was in USD.
