Features and improvements
Asset Manager. Next time you filter assets by location ID on the new assets list, the exact matching ID will appear at the top of the list, and you can quickly spot it without scrolling down. The same principle works on the asset details page and on the page with refrigerant leak events.
Bug fixes
Admin. For a few of you, some secondary roles didn’t get selected after you opted for a particular primary role for a user on the Permissions tab. Among those roles were: “Power User”, “Dashboard Admin”, and “Password Self Management”. All secondary roles are enabled now according to the primary role you pick for a user.
Compliance Manager. Sending notifications to hundreds of your contractors at once didn’t work on the Compliance Summary page. When you tried to, no error message appeared, and it was unclear if the notifications were dispatched.
Compliance Manager. Should you have a large number of contractors, you no longer need to wait until the Compliance Summary page gets loaded. With some tweaks on our side, you can access this page faster than before.
Compliance Manager. You couldn’t sort active invitations on the Contractors tab — once you clicked the sorting icon, nothing happened.
Dashboard. Planned Maintenance work orders that were supposed to appear with a clock icon popped up with a wrench icon instead — just like reactive WOs. We no longer disguise the first type of service requests as the second one.
Invoices. Some invoices going through the multi-level invoice (MLI) approval process took a strange route — none of those that were configured in the admin module. No crooked paths anymore!
Provider Directory. An error appeared for some providers when they tried to update their banking info in the Financial Information section. The issue affected those contractors whose business belonged to the “Individual/Sole Proprietor” type and who had several users configured as primary contacts for their main office.
Provider Directory. In the Financial Information section, the page with the W-9 form was blank. Provider admins were asked to add the tax info first, but all required details were already filled out — on the Company Information page.
QuickView. After you selected a report on work orders on the QuickView page, the page got blank. The sticking point was the default filter you used on the WOs list. Once you deselected it, everything worked smoothly.
Supply Manager. Apologies to those who still experienced the issue with confirming the status of Supply Manager orders via email after our previous release. We now make sure you can take this action both when you’re logged in and when you’re logged out.
