Features and improvements

Core modules

Compliance Manager. We’ve changed the date format for all the dates displayed in Compliance Manager (aka Fixxbook). It used to be mm/dd/yyyy, for example, 7/29/2022. And now it is displayed as Jul 29, 2022.

Proposals. In email alerts about new proposals and about proposal status changes, Store # has been renamed Location ID.

Work Orders. Uploading work order auto-assignment rules in bulk via Provider Automation has become faster.

Bug fixes

Core modules

Asset Manager. Under the Edit User Restrictions tab of the Administration section for assets, some users were not displayed. Among such users were people with no usernames in their accounts. As a result, admins couldn’t set up user restrictions for such employees. After the fix, the tab shows the full list of available users even if they don’t have usernames.

Compliance Manager. Next time you want to filter your providers to display only primary ranked ones on the Compliance Summary page, the corresponding filter (Only Show Primary Ranked Contractors) will not fail to show what you ask for. We had issues with that filter, but they are solved now.

Compliance Manager. The Client Rates requirement was mistakenly marked as incomplete (with a red exclamation mark ❗ next to it). The incomplete status was set once the provider started creating a new rate card while having an effective approved rate card. Getting down to creating a new card doesn’t trigger the Client Rates compliance status change anymore. Only once the provider submits a new rate card for review, the Client Rates section will change its status.

Compliance Manager. Trying to delete an inactive invitation triggered an error, and you couldn’t get rid of the invite you no longer needed.

Compliance Manager. You couldn’t invite new employees to Compliance Manager (aka Fixxbook) if these employees already had accounts in Service Automation. The issue was resolved. To invite existing Service Automation employees to Fixxbook using their existing  email addresses, go through the Single Sign-On process (SSO) from Service Automation to Fixxbook.

Locations & Provider Assignments. When you applied filters to find a specific location on the Locations page, the matching location popped up in the results, but the Google map to the right didn’t update to show the correct location address. We’ve sorted it out.

Planned Maintenance Manager. An issue with providers’ names in Greek was found on the Locations page for a PM service and frequency combo. The names are displayed correctly now.

Proposals. We’ve updated the message that you get whenever you try to access a voided proposal via the link. Previously, the Proposals module would throw an error message stating that the proposal couldn’t be displayed — but didn’t share the reason. With the updated message, you will not be left in the dark anymore.

Add-on modules

Refrigerant Tracking Manager. On the provider’s side, capturing refrigerant usage for assets with circuits is not allowed since providers are expected to record refrigerant usage against circuits instead. The Enter Refrigerant Usage button would previously appear on work orders with assets containing circuits, which was misleading and led to errors. The button is no longer available on such work orders.
