Work order completion can be marked using either the Provider Reviews and Ratings system or the legacy Feedback system if you continue using it.

Provider Reviews and Ratings

In this system, you can mark work order completion and rate the performance of providers using a star system.

Feedback System

With this, you can mark a work order as Satisfactory or Unsatisfactory.
