Retrieving a Forgotten User ID or Password for Dashboard 1.0
Sometimes a User ID or Password is forgotten. If this happens, you may retrieve your credentials through the Service Automation login page.
For users who login to Service Automation through a corporate portal, check with your IT department if you forget your internal password.
Retrieving a Forgotten User ID or Password
You can retrieve your User ID or password through the Service Automation login page.
A subscriber can only retrieve a password, not reset (or change) a password. To reset your password, please contact your internal ServiceChannel administrator.
- On the login page, click Forgot User ID or Password? Click here.
- Select I’m a Subscriber, and then click Next.
- Based on your need, follow one of the below criteria (either a or b):
- To retrieve your Password: enter only your User ID, and then click Submit.
- To retrieve your User ID: enter only your email address, and then click Submit.
A confirmation message appears, and further instructions are sent to the email address associated with your login.
Further Assistance
The email you receive will have a built-in link to ServiceChannel Support. Replying to the email will open a ticket in the support system, and a ServiceChannel Support team member will contact and further assist you.
