Users who receive an email invitation to use ServiceChannel Provider Mobile can login using an email address and password.
Users who have not received an email invitation may only login with a PIN code. Please see Using SC Provider with a PIN for more information.
To login using email and password, the user must be set up and invited as a Technician in Provider Automation. For more information, see Adding and Modifying Users and Assigning User Roles under Provider Automation.
