Each invitation card contains information that will help you view a summary of your invitation process with providers. The items on the Invitation Card can be divided into:
Actionable items that allow you to click on them and be redirected to other pages.
Non-actionable items that allow you to have a look at the brief information on the invitation.
The List of Actionable Items

Action
1. Provider’s Name: The name of the invited provider company.
Click on the Provider’s Name to view the Invite Details.
2. Compliance: The compliancepercent and the number of requirements completed. For example, 7/8 means that the provider has completed seven out of eight requirements.
Hover over the compliance percentage to view a compliance progress summary.
Click on it to navigate directly to the details of a provider’s compliance progress.
3. The Insurance icon: When it is shown, it means an insurance document is ready to review.
Hover over the compliance progress and then select Insurance — ready for Review. When the insurance document appears, you can approve or reject it.
4. Accept: The Accept button that appears on the invitation in the Replied status and allows you to accept the provider into your Network.
Click Accept to accept the invitation.
5. Invitation Notes: The number of notes added to the invitation.
Click on Notes to be redirected to the Invite Details page.
The List of Non-actionable Items
Trades: The trades which the provider has been invited to service.
Expiration Date: The date when the invitation will expire.
Invitation Status: The stage at which the invitation is in. Learn more about the Invitation Statuses.
The additional label appears only on the invitations where providers do not have a Fixxbook profile.
Invitation Date: The date when the invitation was sent to the provider.
Sender Name: The name of the employee who sent the invitation.
Speed and Quality Scores: The scores evaluate the provider’s performance based on their quality and speed of completed work orders. Learn more about the Speed and Quality Scores of the invited provider.
Labels: Labels that you have applied to the invitation.
