Retrieving a Forgotten Password for Provider Automation

Sometimes a User ID or password is forgotten. Should this happen, you may retrieve your credentials through the Service Automation login page.

Resetting a Password

⦿ How to Reset Your Service Automation Password
  1. In your Internet browser, go to https://login.servicechannel.com, and then click the Forgot Password? link.
  2. Enter yourUser ID or email. 
  3. Click Send. A message stating that the Reset password email has been sent to your email appears.
  4. Follow the instructions in the email to confirm resetting your password.

In case you login to Provider Automation through a corporate portal, check with your IT department to retrieve/reset your internal password.
