Features and improvements

Analytics. When you click a work order tracking number, be sure to jump to the new WO details page instead of the old one.

Work Orders. Good news for those who use the new WOs list — you can edit WOs in bulk! Apart from adding notes, you can provide a reschedule reason and edit the scheduled date and time.

Work Orders. When provider’s and subscriber’s preferred currencies are different, the work order NTE is converted to the provider’s currency after a classic service request is created.

WorkForce. Selecting locations when you forward work orders to other technicians is much easier now. Why so? Each location on the list includes both its ID and name, while the list is sorted by ID in ascending order.

WorkForce. With our new feature enabled, your technicians will receive email notifications every time you assign work orders to them. Note that you will be able to turn off this option for each technician in their profile.

Bug fixes

Asset Manager. Sometimes, you would encounter the same column twice in the Excel or text assets template. We’ve done away with these duplicates, and we’ve also removed the Status column.

Proposals. An apostrophe in email addresses would impede creating RFPs, taking action on proposals, and setting proposal scheduled dates. We’ve fixed this issue.

Work Orders. It was sometimes impossible to edit the WO check-in/out record. Also, the time indicated in the overlay for editing the record was different from the same check-in/out record on the WO details page.

Work Orders. When you created a classic service request, you would be confused by a very long list of trades to choose from. Now you can create WOs only for the trades that you have access to.

Work Orders. You no longer see errors when you batch edit a host of WOs. Note that with this release, you can edit up to 100 work orders in bulk.
