Features and improvements
Asset Manager. You can no longer create asset types with names that duplicate the existing ones by adding extra spaces to the name. Remember the asset type name should be unique.
General. Tired of endless notification emails coming every time someone deletes or adds attachments to work orders? Contact us to get rid of these emails.
Bug fixes
Admin. In the Providers section, you can instantly search for providers by their name. Previously, the default search was by provider ID.
Admin. Sometimes on the location details page in the locations management section, you would see the incorrect info on who was the last to edit and upload the location template. That’s not an issue anymore.
Fixxbook. After you accepted the subscriber’s custom requirements, the interface glitch would make you think that you did not. Now you don’t have to refresh the page to see that you’ve accepted the requirements.
FTM. When you tried to edit your work time and activity type in Time Tracking, this information did not always update.
Invoices. Previously, all existing invoices would update after you made changes to your company’s name, address, phone, or other info. Such changes don’t spread to your old invoices anymore.
Invoices. When you downloaded a line item invoice report from the invoices list, sometimes the number of technicians was missing in the file. This info won’t disappear anymore.
QuickView. After you added a saved filter with the “Older than” option to QuickView, the page went blank and displayed no reports at all.
WorkForce. Some of you reported that you could not add new employees. We fixed this bug, so you can invite more technicians to get the job done.
