Inactive invitations are those that are no longer effective, such as invitations that are accepted, declined, or expired, for example. Inactive invitations are located on the Invitation History page.

Inactive Invitation Statuses

The statuses of inactive invitations are:

  • Accepted. Service provider accepted your invitation, completed your requirements, and you accepted them into your network.
  • Revoked. Invitation that you revoked before the service provider accepted the invitation.
  • Declined. Invitation that you declined after the service provider accepted it. Or the invitation that was declined by the provider.
  • Expired. Invitation is past the expiration date without the service provider accepting or declining the invitation.

When a provider declines an invitation, or the invitation has expired, ServiceChannel can help you connect with similar providers that cover the same trades and locations from the Invitation Details page. Read Searching for Similar Providers for Declined and Expired Invitations.
