When enabled, the Site Access rules apply to both Pin Code Technicians and Username/PasswordTechnicians, however, the process is slightly different for each. There are clients who as part of their Site Access rules mandate that all technicians servicing their locations have Username/Password Technician accounts.

Filters are not available to techs who log in with a Pin Code
The ability to create Filters is available to techs who log in with a Username and password
View Work Order Notes
Technicians will be able to read notes created by others as well as add notes to the work order
Technicians will only be able to add notes to a work order
