The Homepage is a powerful tool that makes it fast and easy to stay on top of your performance. With the Homepage, you get a comprehensive set of metrics and data that help you make proactive decisions to enhance your effectiveness.

Pay attention to the Update Time under the Compliance section. The time shows when the Homepage was last refreshed. A checkmark indicates that all data is up to date.

1. Search and Filters help you find the exact work orders or view metrics by clients and the creation date.

Work order searchOption to search for work orders by multiple criteria. Read more about Searching for Work Orders from the Homepage.
Filters

Filters allow you to view work orders, proposals, and invoices metrics by specific clients and creation date on the Homepage. Read more about Filtering Metrics on the Homepage.

2. Metrics for the recent work orders, proposals, and invoices broken down by statuses. By clicking any of the numbers on metrics, you will be directed to the list of work orders, proposals, or invoices with the filters applied to them.


3. Provider Statuses help you take action in time to keep the profile and account up to date.

Account statusYour account status may be Active, Grace, or Restricted. It shows you the ability to invoice without limitations and depends on whether you provided a valid Payment Method. Read more about Adding Payment Methods.
Profile statusIf the status is Listed, your profile is included in search results for clients looking for new providers. These clients may contact you with new business opportunities. Read more about profile statuses.


4. Profile overview panel prompting you to complete pending tasks related to your profile.

Profile CompletionPercentage of your business profile completed. A complete profile is key to attracting potential new clients.
InvitationsInvitations from new clients. See new invitations with brief information on the clients that have invited you to join their provider network.
Current ComplianceYour progress toward compliance with the requirements of each new client.


5. Alerts and Messages reflect notifications from ServiceChannel and messages from clients.

6. Resources and Announcements keep you in the loop with important updates, top tips, and best practices.

7. Provider ID is the identifier of your company in ServiceChannel.
