In this tab, you may configure the settings for viewing and editing notes on the View Open Tickets or View Work History pages for dashboard users.
Allow Adding Notes: Dashboard users can add notes for open and in progress work orders, in addition to the ability to view existing notes.
To allow dashboard users to send notes to service providers, you should also check the Show Provider Recipients box.
Show Universal Recipients: Displays universal users in the recipient list.
Universal users are typically ServiceChannel users with universal access.
