Inactive invitations are those that are no longer effective, such as invitations that are accepted, declined, or expired, for example.

Inactive Invitation Statuses

The statuses of inactive invitations are:

  • Accepted. Service provider accepted your invitation, completed your requirements, and you accepted them into your network.
  • Revoked. Invitation that you revoked before the service provider accepted the invitation.
  • Declined. Invitation that you declined after the service provider accepted it. Or the invitation that was declined by the provider.
  • Expired. Invitation is past the expiration date without the service provider accepting or declining the invitation.

Viewing Inactive Invitations

You may also view associated details for each inactive invitation; the details are the same as for active invitations, except that the profile completion information is available only for active invitations.

You can perform various actions on inactive invitations, such as:

Changing Expiration Date

After an invitation expires, you may extend the expiration date to allow the service provider more time to respond.

You cannot change expiration date for an Accepted invitation, since the service provider was accepted into your network.

⦿ How to Change the Expiration Date
  1. On the Invite Details page of the desired provider, click Extend.
  2. In the drop-down list that appears, select the needed option:
    • 7 more days
    • 15 more days
  3. Click Submit.

Select the Extend Expiration period and click Submit

The Expiration Date has been updated.

Alternatively, you can extend the invitation expiration period from the Invitation History page. You can select multiple invitations to take action in bulk.

⦿ How to Change Invitation Date for Multiple Providers
  1. On the Invitation History page, select the providers for whom you want to extend the invitation period.
  2. Click Actions.
  3. In the drop-down list that opens, click Extend Expiration.
  4. Select the needed option:
    • 7 more days
    • 15 more days
  5. Click Submit.
    The Expiration Date has been updated.

Exporting Inactive Invitations

You can export inactive invitation data for your personal use.

⦿ How to Export Inactive Invitations
  1. On the Invitations History page, select the providers for whom you want to export the invitations.
  2. Click Actions.
  3. In the drop-down list that opens, click Export Invitations.
  4. Click Download.

Deleting Invitations

You can delete inactive invitations should you want to clean up your invitation history.

⦿ How to Delete Invitations
  1. On theCompliance Summary page, hover your mouse over theContractorstab, and then in the list of options displayed, clickInvitations. TheActive Invitationspage opens.
  2. In the top-left, click theInactive Invitationslink. TheInactive Invitationspage opens.
  3. Check the boxes next to the desired invitations, or check the box next toApply to allin the top-left section of the main to select all invitations.
  4. In the top-middle section of the main pane, open theActions for selected invitedrop-down list, and then clickDelete Invitation. A pop-up appears.
  5. ClickDelete. The action summary appears.
  6. ClickDetailsto review the status/details of the delete action for selected invitations.
  7. ClickClose.
