Resolving Invalid Badges and Badge Scans

In SC Mobile you may encounter fallacies, such as invalid badges or a badge not issued. Below is how to resolve some common issues.
Badge Not Generated
When you do not see a photo next to a scheduled badge, either the provider did not assign a work order to a specific technician, or the technician has not generated a badge for the work order. In case a technician arrives for that work order, it is best for that technician to generate a badge for themselves within their JobSite app. In case the technician is unable to generate his/her own badge, you may issue a Temp Pass that is already associated with that work order. |
