Work Orders. The filters panel on the new WOs list is now expanded by default, so you can get down to filtering or searching for WOs right away.

Work Orders. We appreciate all the feedback you’ve left on our new WOs list! With this release, the link for leaving feedback is no longer available in Service Automation.

Admin. When you filtered locations by state or province without selecting a country first, you could choose from the US states only in the State/Province dropdown. Now this dropdown displays all states or provinces where you have locations.

Compliance Manager. Attempts to access Compliance Manager from the menu ended up in an error message.

Compliance Manager. You wanted to review a new rates proposal by following the link from the alert message, but you got redirected to the ServiceChannel login page instead. Now you land on the page for approving or rejecting the proposed rates — as you would expect.

General. You don’t get randomly logged out anymore. The auto-logout works according to the admin settings now.

Invoices. Some of you couldn't approve invoices in batch — an error occurred, and you had to process them one by one.

Work Orders. Some of you couldn’t access the details of old WOs. Apologies to those who have faced this issue.

Work Orders. You are no longer confused by any developer code in WO notes added via email.
