Features and improvements
Asset Manager. With the tag ID autogeneration enabled for an asset type, you can now leave the tag ID field empty when uploading assets via templates. The system automatically generates tag IDs for these assets.
General. Providers can register for Provider Automation right from the ServiceChannel login page by following the Provider Registration link.
General. The help links within the Locations & Provider Assignments, MLI Configuration, and Mobile sections now get you to our redesigned ServiceChannel University.
Work Orders. On the Track WO/PO page of Provider Automation, you can search by multiple WO, PO, or tracking numbers separated by a new line in the search field. The new WOs list displays all WOs that you’re looking for.
Bug fixes
Compliance Manager. Sometimes providers’ certificates of insurance were mistakenly marked as expired. We’ve solved this issue.
Fixxbook. Some of you couldn’t add the banking info in the Clients section. The error occurred after you entered the valid data and wanted to save it.
Invoices. With this release, in monthly reports on active locations, the Approved Invoices tab will display only the summary for each type of charges. No more confusing material and labor line items. To download the report, go to Locations & Provider Assignments > Provider Assignment tab > Location Count History dropdown.
Supply Manager. When your internal providers approved Supply Manager WOs with the NTE above the limit by email, sometimes these WOs were reassigned to a wrong provider.
Work Orders. Providers in the “Restricted” status saw no button for creating an invoice on the new WOs list. The button doesn’t disappear anymore for completed WOs.
Work Orders. When it comes to updating a WO scheduled date via the overlay for adding notes on the new WOs list, you are not hampered by error messages anymore.
Work Orders. When WO attachment names contained special characters, such as exclamation marks or ampersands, you were unable to view these files. We’ve handled this problem.
