General. To improve our security, we’re on the way to introduce a new password policy where all passwords you enter to log into Service Automation will be case sensitive. Find more info on the login page.

Invoices. If you use our new work orders list, note that when you select a batch of invoices to print and click a WO tracking number in the print layout, you are now redirected to the new WOs list instead of the old one.

Invoices. With our new feature, you can auto-approve invoices even if the invoice total exceeds the NTE amount. Contact us to enable it for you.

Admin. No more error messages when you search for locations by opening date in the locations management section.

Admin. When you set a new password for users, remember to click Save New Password to save your changes.

ALP. Previously, when you hovered over any metric on the Actionable Landing Page, you saw no tooltip with the time after which work orders, proposals, or invoices come to the metrics. Now this info is available.

Fixxbook. Previously, you were unable to add new sales tax records for Canadian locations since the tax registration number was shorter than needed. You can do so now.

Invoices. When you create an invoice, you can view the check-in/out info on the Labor tab that was empty before.
