Features and improvements
Admin. We’ve doubled the number of providers that you can assign to each trade. Now you can select up to 200 providers!
Invoices. Important info for Italian service providers! New e-invoicing requirements went into effect in Italy. Pay attention to our warning notice when you create, view, or process invoices.
Bug fixes
Admin. Sometimes you couldn’t edit categories in the WO Properties section. Changing primary categories triggered an error.
General. Some of you couldn’t reset your password by email since no emails with password reset links reached you.
General. Sometimes you didn’t receive notification emails about WOs. We apologize for that.
Invoices. We’ve fixed the issue that changed the invoice date right after you submitted an invoice.
WorkForce. When you bulk add technicians and auto-assign rules, you are no longer confused by spelling mistakes in some interface element names.
