Visual Statistics is a time-saving way to estimate which in-network providers need your attention because of non-compliance, how many of them have relevant insurance, and how many of them are on the Do Not Dispatch list. Visual Statistics consists of three sections:
Overall Compliance Data
Insurance Data
Do Not Dispatch Data
Overall Compliance Data
Regular analysis of your service providers’ compliance helps you reduce business and financial risks.
Visual Overall Compliance data displays the number of compliant and non-compliant in-network providers.
To the left, you сan see the Donut Chart:
The Green section of the donut chart corresponds to the number of providers that are 100% compliant.
The number in the middle of the donut chart is the sum of all providers in the network.
The Red section of the donut chart corresponds to the number of providers that are NOT 100% compliant.
Clicking View next to Noncompliantor Compliant, you will apply this action as a filter criterion to the Compliance Table.

For example, clicking View next to Noncompliant applies the Compliance Status filter as Noncompliant and the Network Status filter as In Network to the Compliance Table.
Consequently, you see a list of all non-compliant in-network providers.
Insurance Data
The Insurance data of the Compliance Overview allows you to monitor the insurance relevance of your in-network providers and keep track of new insurance documents to review.
In the middle of the Compliance Overview page, you can see the Insurance data.
TheExpiring status shows the number of providers whose insurance expires in the next 30 days.
The Expired status shows the number of providers whose insurance is already expired.
The Review status shows the number of providers whose insurance is ready for review.
Clicking View under one of the Insurance statuses applies the Insurance filter to the Compliance Table in line with the chosen status (Expiring, Expired Insurance, or Insurance ready for Review)

Do Not Dispatch Data
When providers do not satisfy your compliance requirements, you may decide to temporarily stop dispatching new work orders.
ServiceChannel allows you to flag such providers as Do Not Dispatch until they are compliant. Thus, they do not get new work orders and cannot be attached to new locations or trades.
The Do Not Dispatch data shows you the number of in-network providers marked as Do Not Dispatch.
