Technicians using ServiceChannel Provider mobile application can view the evacuation plan for the location they are servicing. This adds an additional layer of safety, especially when in an unfamiliar environment.
Warning: Not all client locations have evacuation plans loaded! If the location has an evacuation plan loaded, an Emergency icon will appear on the work order. Technicians do not need to be checked-in to a work order the view a locations Emergency Evacuation Map.
⦿ How to Access a Locations Emergency Evacuation Plan
- Load a work order into view.
- Tap the EMERGENCY icon.
- The Emergency Evacuation Plan Map(s) will load.
