Note: After you have selected the Asset Type, the screen will populate with the additional requirements for the asset you are creating. Fields followed by a red asterisk are required and must have a value entered into the field.

The next step in the process is to create the assets. There are three distinct types of refrigerated assets, a Rack, an asset Connected to a Rack, and a Self Contained unit. If you are creating an asset connected to a rack, you will have to create the rack asset first, so it will be selectable when creating the asset connected to it.

Note: When creating a refrigerated asset, you have the option of adding a service provider who is not currently registered with ServiceChannel. ServiceChannel has created this feature to provide your company with the flexibility to work and manage external service provider relationships. This feature provides an additional layer of accountability and tracking, as required by local and national laws.
